Sacred Smudge Stick can be hung by a door or on an altar for protection. Or used in a smoke ceremony to clear all energy and refresh the mind + lungs.

All of the herbs used are home grown on my homestead or ethically wild foraged.

None are alike, each has its own unique beauty. Please note that I DO NOT MASS PRODUCE, I grow these in my garden and so you will get a unique bundle, and it likely won't be exactly as pictured.

The contents are a mix of the following;

Wild Foraged Sage from the Southwest
Lavender from my garden
Cedar
Roses / flowers
Palo Santo

Please be sure if you smudge indoors to have a bowl to drop ashes into and make certain all windows and doors are open to allow air flow and also to allow the energy you are clearing an exit.
