The Sunshine Farmette is Adrienne’s family homestead. She created the farm oasis to share a magical place & lifestyle with community and travelers alike. The Sunshine Farmette’s focus on a holistic, slow, and present way of living is what we are trying to cultivate. With its peaceful energy and breathtaking surroundings, it’s hard not to feel at home in your heart at the Sunshine Farmette.

The Juniper Suite is a beautifully curated glamping tent designed by Adrienne. It is currently available for lodging at the Sunshine Farmette. Nestled on its own retaining wall in the oak brush above a valley onlooking Pagosa Peak, it is a unique and peaceful getaway. The crickets, quiet outdoors, and maybe even rainstorms will serenade you to blissful relaxation. The farm animals and your hosts will also entertain and make your stay a getaway you will always remember. As well as being a kiss away from the Ponderosa Pines and wildflowers in the San Juan National Forest, Chimney Rock is only 15 minutes away. When you are finished with your day's adventures, the world-class Pagosa Hot Springs are just a short drive away into the heart of downtown Pagosa Springs. This suite is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families alike.

 

The Space

The Glamping Tent offers an eclectic and cozy vibe, and is curated and maintained by Pagosa Springs native artist Adrienne Young. Please do not hesitate to reach out for any outdoor adventure recommendations. We are very friendly! Special gifts from local vendors will greet you upon arrival!

  • The Tent can accommodate 5 guests with its main queen memory mattress, leather futon full bed, and queen air mattress. Extra cushions, luxurious bamboo sheets, and blankets are provided for all the bedding

  • Animals are allowed per circumstance. There are many animals we have on the farm.

  • We are 420-friendly, but tobacco and weed are not allowed in the tent.

  • Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check-out by 11PM (noon)

  • Quiet hours after 10PM

  • Events or parties are subject to approval

“What a way to cap our two week CO adventure! The tent was absolutely perfect for our family to unwind and prepare to get back to reality. The tent had views galore and was an excellent spot to watch the Perseids Meteor shower! We saw so many shooting stars that evening.

Adrienne was a fabulous host! She answered all our questions and provided us with everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our kids loved the hot cocoa she brought while we enjoyed our AM cup of coffee.

A must stay for anyone coming through Pagosa Springs. It provides a nice balance of glamour and simplicity. Thank you for a fabulous experience!”
